We Are Engineer

WAE (We Are Engineer) started as a small technical workshop in Pune to bridge the gap between engineering education and industry. Learn who we are and what we build. Sumus Engineer (WAE) is an industrial-grade ecosystem dedicated to transforming technical potential into professional mastery. WAE was founded on a simple realization: the gap between academic theory and industrial reality is growing. We built the "We Are Engineer" ecosystem to serve as a bridge—a diagnostic and corrective layer for the modern engineering career. What started as a small technical workshop in Pune has evolved into a global protocol for engineering excellence, spanning across social networking, academic training, and enterprise placement.
