The story, team, and open roles at Conversion. Learn about the people building the agentic marketing automation platform. We started Conversion because the teams driving pipeline deserve tools as ambitious as they are. Platforms like Marketo and Pardot transformed marketing operations. They gave teams structure, scale, and a seat at the revenue table. Many of our own customers built their careers on those tools. But the landscape has changed. Warehouses, product-led motions, and AI have redefined what's possible, and the platforms that got us here weren't built for what comes next. We founded Conversion to pick up where they left off. A modern platform that connects your CRM, your warehouse, and your product data into a single context layer, then hands the repetitive work to AI agents so marketers can ship campaigns in hours instead of weeks.
