MajorGen

MajorGen is an autonomous career agent that sources roles, tailors every application in your voice, applies, tracks your pipeline, and preps you for interviews — while you focus on the work that matters. Set it up once. It runs your search forever. Give your agent one hour to learn you. After that the whole search runs on its own — and loops back every hour for fresh roles. One intake and it models your skills, wins, and where you want to go next. Scans thousands of live roles every hour and scores each for genuine fit. Crafts an ATS-clean résumé and letter per role, in your own voice. Submits, tracks every stage, and rehearses you before each conversation.
