Our story: Built by people who lived the problem Traditional recruitment is broken. Employers spend weeks sifting through CVs, running endless screening calls, and still end up with candidates who don't fit. Candidates apply to hundreds of roles, rarely hear back, and get filtered out by systems that never understood their potential. The problem is worst in specialist fields: finding genuinely qualified, verified talent in energy, construction, technology, robotics, healthcare, and life sciences is hard, and getting a single hire wrong can cost millions.
