Removed in 0.6.0 — get-recommendations. Spotify deprecated /v1/recommendations on 27 November 2024, along with related-artists, audio-features, audio-analysis, featured-playlists and 30-second preview URLs. Apps created after that date get 403 Forbidden, and apps still in development mode lost access too, so the tool could not work for essentially anyone. Use search-spotify and get-top-tracks instead. See Spotify's announcement.
